Do you allow children to travel without car seats? Do you supply car seats?
No, infants and young children are required to be secured in an approved car seat. We do not supply car seats, but we are aware that there are independent organizations that do provide this service available at the airport.
Is the estimated rate on your website per person?
No, the rate provided is for the trip, inclusive of luggage.
Do I have to pay extra for my luggage?
No, you are not required to pay any additional rate for luggage. Provided that your luggage fits in the trunk of the vehicle supplied.
Are you open on Holidays?
Yes, our company is open 24/7 on all Holidays.
I am a HARTPlus customer. How do I ride with Yellow Cab?
HARTPlus customers can make reservations in advance or same day, by calling 813 666 6666, using our app (Tampa Taxi – available on the Google PlayStore or the Apple App Store) or by using our web booking platform. For more information, visit www.ridehartplus.com.
I think I left something in my taxi. Is there a way to check?
Please give us a call at 813-666-6666 as soon as you think you’ve lost an item in one of our vehicles. Referencing GPS/time, we will do all we can to track your vehicle/driver and look for any lost items.
